Secrets of Pirates of the Caribbean… And More!

I’m linking to SQPN’s podcasts and feeds for some time now, but these are the ones I listen to myself. One might think that SQPN is an catholic organization producing for a catholic audience only. That’s not the case. I’m a non-catholic who really enjoys their podcasts. They produce high quality podcasts and many different genres. When I subscribe to a SQPN podcast I know it’s a good one because SQPN has only good podcasts. Of course a lot of podcasts made by catholic podcasters have some degree of catholic content, but I usually fast-forward when I’m not in the mood for that. Most of the times this is not necessary because the subjects discussed don’t have a catholic character.

Even though I’m not a catholic I like listening to travel podcasts like The Catholic Insider and shows like The Daily Breakfast because they aren’t made for a catholic audience. The host has made some other podcasts and invited some affiliates about movies and mainly about the background of these movies. He shows what content has inspired the movie makers. Usually this is some form of mythology or other older stories. I’ll give some direct links to the podcast’s site, you can find a summary there and when you like what you see, you can subscribe by clicking on the RSS feed:

As a member of the SQPN community I discovered more podcasts about computer games and TV series. There’s The Ringcast about the new hot MMORG “LOTRO - The shadows of Angmar” and also there’s a podcast about the TV series Lost on GSPN.tv. I would love to know about other podcasts about TV series and movies. Especially about Battlestar Galactica, 24 and Heroes.

If you know more about it, share it! We would love to hear from you! Post a comment on this blog!
