Fried fish

Fish comboLast week some friends of mine came over for dinner. I made pangasius filet and fried it. They said they hadn't seen anything like it, but thought it tasted delicious. So here you have my recipe, it's VERY simple:

You'll need:

  • some all-purpose (wheat) flour
  • some milk
  • egg white

How this relates to the fish:

Unfreeze the fish and use a paper towel to dry the fish. Put some flour on the fish, just a little to make the dough stick. Take the ingredients and mix them together using a whisk. The dough should be fairly thin, about the thickness of porridge. After the dough is finished, take the fish and cover it with the dough. Bake the fish in a deep-fryer or in a non-sticking pan with oil (preferably arachnid or peanut oil for the best result). The oil should be fairly hot when the fish is added. After frying the fish you can sprinkle spices (fish herbs) on it. I use something like this. We have different kinds of spices for different species of fish. Seasoning recipes can be found here.

That's all there is to it!
